Travel Occupational Therapist - $699 per week
About the role
Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026 in Florence, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments
- Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies
- Provide 1:1 patient-centered care
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, nurses, and case management
- Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning
Requirements
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active (or pending) state OT license
- SNF experience preferred, not required
Qualifications

Skills
- Passionate about helping patients regain independence
- Experience with functional recovery, ADLs, and safe discharge planning
