Talent4Health is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Salinas, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians.

Requirements

• BLS - AHA certification required.
• California Occupational Therapy license required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Current registration with the California Board of Occupational Therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current registration with the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer software used in healthcare settings.
