Travel Occupational Therapist - $3,084 per week

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Danbury, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Connecticut.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.

Pay
