About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Woodland Hills, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinic setting.
- Work with patients to improve their functional abilities and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Hand experience, (CHT a +).
- Outpatient experience.
- BLS from AHA.
- PAMs Certification Required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Strong experience with dynamic splint fabrication, experience with post surgical cases.
Qualifications
- Current California OT license.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
