Opportunity

Home Health OT - West Portland OR and Surrounding Areas
• 8-hour day shifts (facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s)
• Patient ratio of 1:1 with visits of up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Guaranteed hours: facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• 1 year of skilled home health experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted; considered local within 50-75 mile radius
• Required certification: BLS
• OASIS experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred; charting completed via EPIC
• Traveler must have their own reliable transportation
• Occasional maximum travel radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day; facility groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
• Business casual attire required; scrubs allowed but not required, no specific color, no jeans
• Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
• Free parking available
• Patients include adults and geriatric populations with diagnoses such as dementia, Parkinson's, ALS, MS, orthopedic post-op, and post-stroke conditions
• Preferred experience: National Patient Safety Goals/Core Measures, billing, home health, and OASIS documentation
