Requirements
- Required Certifications: WI OT License & AHA BLS
- Required Education: Graduate from an OT program
- Minimum Experience: 2-5+ years preferred
- Charting Experience: Epic preferred
- Desired Specific Skillset: Experience in hospital and outpatient settings and more interest in IP/SB population. Inpatient and swingbed/observation patient experience/interest.
