About the role
We’re seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. This travel assignment offers an anticipated start date of ASAP for the current and/or future school year, with a Monday–Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct individualized occupational therapy programs in a nursing home environment.
- Help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities.
- Teach patients skills or techniques on how to use adaptive equipment for participating in activities.
- Study, evaluate, and record patients' activities and progress.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice (Pennsylvania).
- Current BLS certification.
