About the Role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Augusta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide skilled therapy services to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, and independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and maintain productivity standards.
- Travel between patient homes within the assigned service area.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health OT experience
- Current BLS certification
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
- Epic experience required after October 1, 2026
- If no HCHB experience, completion of the required online HCHB course prior to the start date is mandatory (traveler-paid)
