LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Lakeview, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence in physical, cognitive, and developmental areas.
• Treat patients with physical disabilities, rehabilitation needs, and pediatric conditions.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve patient goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE/AOTA-accredited program.
• Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Pediatric experience required.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation, general medicine, surgical care, and mental health concepts.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills.

Qualifications
