Travel Occupational Therapist position in Montesano, Washington. Start date ASAP, 16‑week assignment, 40 hours per week on 8‑hour day shifts (5 × 8 days).

Requirements

• Current Washington state OT license
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications related to the specialty as required)
• At least 2 years of recent occupational therapy experience
• Primary residence must be located at least 50 miles from the facility address
