Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,802 per week

Position Summary

Responsible for providing and directing Occupational Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physician's order.

Position Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, where accepted. Masters degree required otherwise.
• Required Certifications: BLS
• State Licensure Requirements: NBCOT registered and licensed per state of practice requirements
• Minimum year’s experience: 1 year
• Required experience: OT in Acute care / Skilled nursing home/ Inpatient Rehab hospital preferred
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment.
