Job Details:
- Work 8-hour day shifts with variable scheduling
- Self-scheduling is not allowed
- Will work weekends and holidays in rotation with core staff with compensatory days scheduled
- Possible on-call responsibilities
- Treat approximately 120-150 patients per day department total, with 9 evaluations per day per therapist and 16 treatments per day per therapist
- Work across multiple care settings including adult and pediatric acute inpatient, adult and pediatric ICUs, and adult and pediatric acute inpatient rehabilitation
- Common diagnoses and patient populations include adult and pediatric ICUs, Level 2 trauma center patients, primary stroke center patients, same day discharge joint program, trauma, neuro, ortho, general med/surg, oncology, pediatric inpatient rehab, adult inpatient rehab, and stroke specialty program
- Perform ADL evaluations and documentation justifying next level of care
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
- Must cover all listed areas as needed
- Dress code: Any solid color, clean and professional scrubs
- Charting system: Cerner
- Required certification: BLS (AHA)
- Wisconsin state license required prior to start

This acute care medical center is a Level 2 trauma center offering a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services. The facility supports adult and pediatric populations across multiple specialty areas including neurology, orthopedics, oncology, and rehabilitation. The rehabilitation department operates with a collaborative team model including rehab aides and COTAs, and utilizes Cerner for clinical documentation.

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
