Job Description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Pleasant Hill, California.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARCC may be required
  • CPR certification is required
  • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance

Assignment Details

  • Home visits required
  • Periodic office meetings required
