About the role

Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) Beatrice, NE. This position involves providing outpatient occupational therapy services primarily in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and home health (HH) settings. The role includes supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and ensuring quality patient care in accordance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services in SNF and HH settings.
• Supervise one Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Ensure quality patient care per organizational standards.
• Meet productivity expectations (80% in SNF, points‑based in HH).

Requirements

• BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience.
• Current state licensure (to be submitted).

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Days, 8‑hour shifts.
• 40 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday.
• Clinical guarantee of 36 hours per week for 12‑hour shifts or 40 hours per week for 8‑ to 10‑hour shifts.
• Work start date: 10/19/2026; end date: 01/18/2027.
