Details:
- Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
- Patient population: Geriatrics
- Required certification: BLS
- 6 visits per day with an average daily census of 115
- Full-time productivity is approximately 25 units per week
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required until 10/1/2026; Epic experience required after 10/1/2026
- If clinician does not have HCHB experience, an online HCHB course must be completed prior to starting
- Scrub color: Any color
- No weekend shifts required
- Floating required within facility and scope of practice as needed
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate, tracked through HCHB
- Coverage area includes Washington, Johnson, Jefferson, and Emanuel counties with occasional support in Burke, Screven, Bulloch, and Jenkins counties
- Average mileage is 50–100 miles per day
- Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
- Holiday work expectations apply based on the number of major holidays that fall within the assignment period
- Preferred charting system experience: HomeCare HomeBase
- Key skills include adaptive equipment assessment, cognitive assessment, OASIS, plan of care, home assessment, discharge planning, and reassessments
