The position is for an Occupational Therapist to work at a facility in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their independence.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and prevent disability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the national certification exam.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
