Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,709 per week

About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of occupational therapists in providing comprehensive care to patients in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans that address patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
• Evaluate patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
• Provide clinical supervision to occupational therapy assistants and students

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current California license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience leading a team of occupational therapists

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
