Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,704 per week

Start Date: 12/01/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) passionate about helping patients regain independence following hospitalization or illness in a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on functional recovery, ADLs, and safe discharge planning. New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments.
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper‑extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies.
• Provide 1:1 patient‑centered care.
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management.
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active (or pending) state OT license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.
