Job Summary

Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Home Health services is needed in the North Napa Valley area. This position involves providing patient care focused on geriatric populations, with a scheduled shift from Monday to Friday.

Job Details

• Location: Napa, California, within a 60-mile radius from the designated hub or office.
• Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, with 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license in hand:
• 1 year minimum experience in home health:
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB):
• Completion of an orientation session on Monday:

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required:

Clinical Experience

• Experience in acute care:
• Activities of daily living:
• Biofeedback:
• Cardiac rehabilitation:
• Edema massage:
• Electrical stimulation:
• Feeding techniques:

• Arthritis programs:
• Management of hip, knee, and soft tissue injuries:

Patient Care Requirements

• Manage a caseload of approximately 5-7 patients daily:

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
