Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,684 per week
About the role
We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality home health care services. The ideal candidates will have experience with Homecare Homebase documentation and a passion for delivering exceptional care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct average 4-6 patient visits per day.
- Complete evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions as per discipline.
- Document patient care and progress using Homecare Homebase.
- Follow productivity metrics of 28-32 points per week.
- Participate in weekly case conferences and ongoing patient assessments.
Requirements
- Experience in Home Health settings required; OASIS knowledge is a must.
- Valid state licensure relevant to the discipline (OT).
- Homecare Homebase documentation experience preferred.
- Consideration may be given without HCHB experience for candidates willing to train for two weeks at a reduced rate.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
