Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Experience with Epic, Homecare Homebase (HCHB), or other EMR systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for Home Health positions)
