Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,661 per week
Job Description
This position is for an occupational therapist with experience in the assessment and treatment of pediatric patients with feeding/eating difficulties. It may also include some general pediatric developmental occupational therapy coverage.
Requirements
- Describe the feeding populations you’ve worked with (age, diagnoses, settings).
- What types of feeding difficulties/challenges have you directly assessed/treated?
- Describe how you developed your skills in feeding assessment and intervention (e.g., formal coursework, mentorship, continuing education, or on the job training).
Special Requirements
- 1.5 years of experience
- CA OT License
- NBCOT
- BLS (AHA)
- Children’s hospital experience preferred, not required
- Needs to have the ability to independently evaluate and treat a full caseload of patients with the primary reason for referral as pediatric feeding disorder
- Experience in assessment and treatment of pediatric patients with feeding/eating difficulties required; experience with swallowing disorders preferred
- Experience with patients ranging 18 months and older is required; ages 8 months and older is preferred
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited program, OR Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited program if graduated prior to 2004
- Experience in pediatric general developmental occupational therapy

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
