Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,656 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Largo, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapy focused on improving activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Treat patients with a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, safety, and injury prevention.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) State License
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health Occupational Therapy experience
• OASIS experience preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance
• Covid-19 vaccination (or approved exemption)
• Annual influenza vaccination (or signed declination with mandatory masking)
