Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Address a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses.

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin State Occupational Therapist license.
• AHA or ARC BLS certification.
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Minimum experience working with the adult/geriatric population with orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses.

Skills

• EPIC charting experience highly preferred.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• 8‑hour shifts, Monday‑Friday.
• Variable start times, typically within 07:00‑17:30.
