About the role
Provide occupational therapy services including evaluations, treatments, and develop plans with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at a Hospital District in Springfield, Colorado. Areas of service include:
- Critical Access Hospital (acute inpatient and Swing Bed)
- Outpatient OT at the in-house therapy building
- Home health therapy
- Long-term care coordination (LTCC)
Schedule
- 10-hour shifts, days
- Occasional Saturday
