Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,599 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 14-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Arizona
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Experience working in a home health setting preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Passion for providing quality care in a home health setting

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
