Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Puyallup, Washington. Start date: 10/05/2026. Duration: 14 weeks. 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts. Employment type: Travel. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments
• Address ADLs, IADLs, upper‑extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies
• Provide 1:1 patient‑centered care
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management
• Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active (or pending) state OT license
• SNF experience preferred, not required

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
