Talent4Health is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Medford, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and outcomes using EPIC.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- WI State OT License
- AHA or ARC BLS Certification
- Completion of accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with adult/geriatric populations
- Experience with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
- EPIC charting experience preferred
