About the Role
National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Merced, California, starting on 11/09/2026. This role is based in a Skilled Nursing Facility, where you will plan and conduct individualized occupational therapy programs to help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting individualized occupational therapy programs in a nursing home environment
- Helping patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities
- Teaching patients skills or techniques on how to use adaptive equipment for participating in activities
- Studying, evaluating, and recording patients' activities and progress
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Occupational Therapy license / Licensure in the state of California
- Current BLS certification
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week.
