About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Macomb, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Cover inpatient, swing-bed, assisted living, and outpatient services
- Treat diverse patient populations including general medical, CVA, hip fractures, post-op THR/TKR, adhesive capsulitis, tendon injuries, UE fractures, carpal/cubital tunnel, developmental delay, autism, sensory issues, and various syndromes
- Perform evaluations and treatments across multiple settings
- Coordinate patient schedules with a department secretary
- Work flexible shifts of 5x8-hour or 4x10-hour shifts, or a combination of both
- Chart in Cerner EMR
Requirements
- Current, active OT license; IL licensure required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience
- Generalist evaluation and treatment skills
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- IL licensure required
- Cerner EMR experience

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
