Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Implement treatment interventions to promote optimal patient function and independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic software.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy license in Washington state.
- Acute care experience is mandatory; inpatient rehabilitation experience is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule
This position requires a full-time commitment with a day shift schedule of 5x8 hours, primarily from 07:00 to 15:00. Weekend rotation is required, with one weekend per month and compensatory days surrounding it.
Patient Ratios
The expected patient-to-therapist ratio is 8-9:1, ensuring that each patient receives focused attention and care.
