About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 25, 2026, located in Monterey, California. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in California.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
