Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health Physical Therapy experience required
- Home Health experience is mandatory; OASIS experience/training preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance required
- Ability to independently manage and self-schedule daily home visits
- Comfortable treating patients with Med/Surg, cardiac, orthopedic (hips/knees/shoulders), post-surgical, COPD, CHF, pneumonia, CVA, neurological disorders, Parkinson's disease, trauma, amputations (AKA/BKA), tracheostomies, falls, weakness, and ADL limitations
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
