American Traveler is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Bullhead City, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient occupational therapy setting
• Caseload of 6-8 patients per day
• MedHost EMR used for inpatient documentation
• Schedule of Monday-Thursday 8a-5p and Friday 8a-1p
• Weekend shifts required
• 13-week contract duration

Requirements

• Current AZ OT license required, if applicable
• BS in Occupational Therapy or higher
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• BLS certification may be required
• No certifications expiring within first 30 days of start
• No employment gaps of 90+ days in the past 12 months
• Valid driver's license and US SSN required for consideration

Qualifications

• Facilitate development and rehabilitation of physically disabled patients to maximize functional status
• Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate treatment programs
• Participate in discharge planning and performance improvement initiatives
• Perform administrative duties and pursue professional growth

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
