About the role
Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Medford, Wisconsin. This position offers 40 guaranteed hours per week with 8-hour variable day shifts, typically between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role includes a $500 contract completion bonus and an estimated gross weekly pay of $2,520.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in hospital inpatient and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
- Work with adult and geriatric populations across orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
- Adhere to a minimum 2-hour call back requirement if called back to facility for low census hours
- Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
- Utilize EPIC charting system (highly preferred)
- Wear professional scrubs
Requirements
- Wisconsin State OT License
- AHA or ARC BLS certification
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Minimum experience working with adult and geriatric populations
- Must live outside a 50-mile radius of Medford, WI
- Hard worker, resilient, adaptable to change, and socially engaging
