About the role
TRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
