Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,499 per week

AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 5, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an acute inpatient setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Louisiana.
• Experience in acute inpatient settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACOTE accredited institution.
• Passing scores on the national certification exam.

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
