Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Newport, Vermont. The contract starts 11/16/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. The schedule is unique: four 9‑hour shifts plus one 4‑hour shift (40 hours per week). Responsibilities

• Help patients regain independence with daily activities, functional mobility, and self‑care skills.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist (OT) license/certification appropriate for Vermont practice.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred.
• Willingness to travel for a 13‑week contract.
