About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Falmouth, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with family members and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in Massachusetts.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug screening.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
