Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,461 per week
for headings. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID.
We must not include boilerplate like "About TotalMed Allied" maybe we can include as About the role? Actually "About TotalMed Allied" is company description; could be part of About the role? But we already have About the role for the job. The company description may be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO/legal, but it's about the agency. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About TotalMed Allied" is not explicitly prohibited, but it's not about the role. Might be considered extra but could be kept as part of About the role? However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including a separate section for company info may be thin. Better to incorporate relevant info into About the role paragraph if needed. But we can omit it as not essential to the job. The job posting includes that paragraph; we must preserve ALL substantive information. Is that substantive? It describes the agency, not the job. Might be considered substantive but not required for the job. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it. Where to put? Could be part of About the role (maybe a paragraph about the employer). We'll include a paragraph after the intro about TotalMed Allied.
Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: first about the job opening, second about TotalMed Allied.
Now we need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. Check for duplicates: The responsibilities list includes tasks; we have them once.
Now format.
We'll produce:
About the role
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an immediate travel opening in Minneapolis, MN. OT should have 1 year of experience; for an exceptional candidate with an appropriate background, 6 months of experience may be accepted. You will work in disabled, ill or injured patient populations in the acute care setting.

- Review patients' medical history, ask the patients questions, and observe them doing tasks.
- Evaluate a patient's condition and needs.
- Develop a treatment plan for patients, identifying specific goals and the types of activities that will be used to help the patient work toward those goals.
- Help people with various disabilities perform different tasks.
- Evaluate a patient's home or workplace and, on the basis of the patient's health needs, identify potential improvements.
- Educate a patient's family and employer about how to accommodate and care for the patient.
- Recommend special equipment and instruct patients on how to use that equipment.
- Assess and record patient's activities and progress for patient evaluations, for billing, and for reporting to physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.
Requirements
- Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
- Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR National Certification with state-specific licensing.
- Occupational Therapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty.
- OTs must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
- Requirements*: BLS, NBCOT (OTR), 2 Years * Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
Qualifications
- BLS certification
- NBCOT-OTR National Certification
- State-specific licensing
But note we duplicated BLS and NBCOT in Requirements and Qualifications. Might be redundant. Perhaps better to put certifications under Qualifications and experience/knowledge under Requirements. Let's adjust: Requirements: experience, physical demands, knowledge. Qualifications: certifications and licensing. Also include the note about 2 years? That's confusing; we could keep it under Requirements as a note.
Thus:
Requirements:
