Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 26-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Hiawatha, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Iowa
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of recent, relevant work experience in home health settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel within Iowa

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screening

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
