Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a travel assignment setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Adapt to varying facility protocols and workflows

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the United States
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
• Ability to travel and commit to a 13-week assignment starting 09/21/2026
• Compliance with all state and facility credentialing requirements
