Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,442 per week

Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Clearlake, California. The assignment starts ASAP, lasts 13 weeks, and is a travel role (40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts). The role involves outpatient care with some acute inpatient coverage, working closely with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving overall functional capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to establish appropriate therapy goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Provide therapy services in an outpatient setting with minimal acute inpatient involvement.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in California.
• Experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but newer practitioners are encouraged to apply.
