Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,427 per week

Job Description

LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Lynnwood, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate with family members and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum of one year of recent, relevant work experience.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
