Submission requirements

• Must have a minimum of 24 months OT-Home Health experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) – REQUIRED
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI – REQUIRED
• No hits on state license to practice – REQUIRED
• RTO cannot exceed 7 days, no RTO during the first week of assignment – REQUIRED
• Candidate driver's license to verify residency – REQUIRED
• Travel experience – HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Driver's License – REQUIRED

Pay

• W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time): $29.50
• W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time): $44.25
• Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)
• W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs): $1,180.00
• Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem: $1,246.00
• Total Weekly Gross Pay Package: $2,426.00
