Requirements
- Eligibility for the National Registration Examination
- Valid driver's license
- Current certification in BLS
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- Evidence of continuing education
- Licensed by the State of Oregon as an Occupational Therapist
- Proof of auto insurance
Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Monday to Friday schedule with weekend rotation.
