Requirements

• Eligibility for the National Registration Examination
• Valid driver's license
• Current certification in BLS
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Evidence of continuing education
• Licensed by the State of Oregon as an Occupational Therapist
• Proof of auto insurance

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Monday to Friday schedule with weekend rotation.
