The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at improving independence in daily living skills. Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals. Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans. Accurately and timely document services provided. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) according to practice acts and facility policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients' families. Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD). Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
