About the role

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients experiencing a decline in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence due to injuries or medical conditions. The acute services are centered out of a community-based critical access hospital, focusing on one-on-one outpatient services with therapist-driven treatment times.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' rehabilitation needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.

Schedule

• Days shift from 08:00 to 16:30, no weekends.
• 13-week contract position.
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
