Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,375 per week

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13 week contract in Logansport, IN.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year full-time COTA Home Health experience within the last 2 years.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Indiana.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
