Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,368 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sun City, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients for rehabilitation services.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, develop a plan of care, evaluate and modify care.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Held a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in the process of obtaining one.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Pay
